An Anti-Static Agent is a substance used to remove or reduce the buildup of static electricity from surfaces or materials.
The anti-static agent works by either been a conductive substance or absorbing water from the air. Examples of anti-static agents are indium tin oxide, aliphatic amines or quaternary ammonium.
