Are you a sales “hunter”? If so, this is a lucrative business opportunity you don’t want to miss. As an Outside Sales Executive in the Cleanroom group, you will have an assigned geographic territory where you will be responsible for executing a sales plan by prospecting new business, gathering information about customer needs, presenting ARAMARK Cleanroom solutions and closing the sale. You will be provided with tools such as a car allowance, a laptop, and extensive training to help you succeed. The Account Executive position pays a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions. Expected first year total earnings will be near six figures. 40-60% overnight travel. Position is home office based, preferably in the Central and Southern Plain States.
To achieve your (Monthly, Quarterly and full Year) Sales Plan you must:
* Make an average of 12 face to face sales calls each week, with specific call objectives
* Blue Sheets/Strategic Selling forms to be complete on all key prospects
* To complete weekly sales report and Monthly report
* Active use of Client Center and Salesforce.com databases
* To review territory, sales funnel, blue sheets and forecast with Disposable Sales Manager weekly in phone discussion
* Successfully participate in Quarterly SOR’s
* Gain professional acceptance within accounts
* Using the consultative selling approach, motivate the customer to action
* Create and maintain outstanding business relationships with ARAMARK’s current and potential customers
* Qualify and develop prospects
* Develop and deliver presentations to our current and potential customers
* Develop and present proposals to our current and potential customers
* Respond to all requests for information in a thorough and timely manner
* Ensure all customer calls are returned the same day
* Ensure all customer correspondence is professionally written and presented
* Work within the pricing guidelines established by Market Center GM or Disposable Sales Manager
* Build strong relationships with the market center operations team and corporate support staff
* Work within the company’s Policies and Procedures guidelines
* Support an environment of continuous improvement by making suggestions and implementing whenever possible
* Perform other duties that are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above, as required or assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Specifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree, preferred (Science major is a plus) Required Experience & Skills:
* Five years business to business sales experience
* Strategic Sales Experiences
* Must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Consultative Selling Skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong presentation development and delivery skills
* Strong proposal writing skills
* Prior formal (classroom) sales training
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Problem Solving Skills
* Valid Driver’s License as local travel to visit prospective customers is required
