• Quantity of 14, Liberty Industries Inc. Max8000 2’x4’ variable speed controlled Fan Filter Units (FFUs). These are individual powered Hepa filter Modules that house the hepa filter, and speed control to accurately balance the clean air delivery throughout the cleanroom. Since these were only installed, and used for a very short setup time, we will warranty each FFU for operations as designed by the manufacture! Retail value $719 each.
• Quantity of 20,+ 2’x4’ Cleanroom fluorescent lighting fixtures. These are designed for cleanrooms and are completely sealed on the cleanroom side, and has a gasket sealed door for changing bulbs as needed. These use standard easy to get white or you use white light eliminator bulbs. Liberty and other vendors sell these at $250 each.
• Quantity of 2 units. These are large quality 24” x 24” 24” cleanroom synchronized material and product Pass-Throughs. They are Poly construction with white light inhibitor, interlocking swing synchronized pass-through doors with stainless mounting. Made by Clean Air Products, Inc. List price at $1705
• Quantity of 45 + adjustable flow rate inset return air grills. These return air grills are the easiest and fastest way you balance clean airflow and room balancing and can be easily readjusted to accommodate for other changes on a single room or suites of rooms!
