Class 7 Cleanroom

Class 7 Cleanroom is the seventh classification type of the ISO 14644-1 classification standard, the ISO Class 7 Cleanroom corresponds to a Class 10000 Cleanroom in the FED-STD-209E Cleanroom classification.

The maximum allowable particles for particles for a ISO Class 7 Cleanroom are below:

0.5 µm : 352000 per cubic metre
1 µm : 83200 per cubic metre
5 µm : 2930 per cubic metre
