Class 2 Cleanroom

Class 2 Cleanroom is the second classification type of the ISO 14644-1 classification standard, the ISO Class 2 Cleanroom does not corresponds to any FED-STD-209E Cleanroom classification.

The maximum allowable particles for particles for a ISO Class 2 Cleanroom are below:

0.1 µm : 100 per cubic metre
0.2 µm : 24 per cubic metre
0.3 µm : 10 per cubic metre
0.5 µm : 4 per cubic metre
