Leader Cleanroom Custodial – 3rd Shift – KP Job

Description
We are seeking an individual to lead our clean room custodial team. This associate will take ownership of the required compliances, cleanliness and overall appearance of our cleanroom areas. Leadership responsibilities include developing and maintaining an effective team and training associates. The CR Custodial Leader will also maintain a team cleaning schedule. Light to moderate lifting required as well as the mixing and use of cleaning chemicals. Some ladder work required. Occasionally some off shift work may be required. Additional expectations include the ability to develop a strong partnership and rapport with manufacturing and facility leaders.

Third Shift hours are as follows:
Monday – Thursday (8pm – 4am)
Friday (3pm – 7pm)

Qualifications
Qualifications Include:
High School diploma or GED required. A minimum of 2 years residential or commercial housekeeping experience is preferred. Candidate must be able to work in an enclosed environment and wear cleanroom garments. Must be able to do repetitious work for long periods of time. Must be able to do repetitious work for long periods of time. Must be attentive to detail. Must have basic math and computer skills. Must effectively use direct communication. Must have the capability to understand, adhere to and train others to standard operating procedures (SOP’s). Excellent attendance is required. Must be dependable, flexible and open to change.

Additional leadership skills include:
* Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple commitments within a manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills and computer experience (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
* Strong interpersonal skills to effectively integrate and influence across functions.
* Preferred experience developing and leading teams as well as working with standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
